You have NOT filed bankruptcy within the past 8 years (Sign up for PACER to check exact dates)
Your payments are current (or will be current) on any property you want to keep (house, car, furniture, appliances etc). 
If you are buying/own your home, please let us know what your property value is. 
Your household income, including any government or family support, is at or less than the amounts provided by the Indiana Bankruptcy Court OR you have extra expenses that lower your available income.

How We Work

2. Credit Counseling 
Complete credit counseling. Download and complete our client intake form
Or contact us by appointment only 

3.Complete & Submit documents 
 Submit the completed questionnaire and credit counseling certificate via email at freshstart@newdayservices.info by submitting a secure email request. 
                  We will contact you by phone or by email. To review completed documentation , and to 
request additional information if needed. 

4. Make your payment 
An invoice for payment will be emailed to you 

5. Delivery
We will prepare your documents  and send them to you and or your spouse to print out or file via a secure email.
